sprunkiTerms of Use | SprunkiRetake.online
These terms describe use of the current sprunkiretake.online website and its browser game players. They were updated for the current site on 21 October 2026.
Using the site
You may browse the guides and play the available games for personal entertainment. The current players do not require payment, an account or an app installation. Do not submit payment details or account passwords to us.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Do not misrepresent yourself as the site team or a game creator.
Game and website rights
Game music, characters, artwork and other original assets remain subject to their creators’ rights and relevant licences. Permission to play here does not grant you ownership or permission to resell, repackage or redistribute those assets. Original attribution is preserved in the players.
Availability and game sessions
Games may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or recording, export and account-based saves. Restarting or closing a game can clear the current mix.
Content choices and external communities
Some versions include horror imagery. View the game cover and description before starting. Community links are optional and their sites apply their own terms; the playable games remain on this website.
Privacy, changes and questions
Our Privacy page describes the current handling of request data, browser preferences and messages. Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. Contact the site team about a problem, permission question or rights concern. Nothing here is intended to remove rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
